Ping-Pong or Multiplex Testing Operation

To load and test different programs on two Stations at the same time. It was considered to increase tester efficiency in situations where the device/package for test has single head setup capability.

Activities includes modificaton of test program and program loader to run in ping pong mode or multiplex testing.
